Mr. Bowman has a diverse architectural exposure to governmental projects including mixed use, municipal, office, and residential project types. With this exposure and numerous historic projects, he has demonstrated a keen ability to manage consultants, coordinate complex special equipment and electrical/mechanical systems. He is extensively involved in the community providing leadership and facilitation to local organizations and has been a participant in many planning related forums in Wilmington and Southeastern North Carolina. Mr. Bowman is highly versed in building code analysis and is thoroughly familiar with the North Carolina bid laws.
