The Historic Dudley Mansion
Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina

Built in 1836, the Governor Dudley Mansion has gone through multiple renovations and alterations, evolving from a house to an Elks Lodge and back to a private house. The project involved extensive investigation into the building systems and the history of the house. This enabled the design team to plan and design the renovations to the house to match the period of the historic property. A mold and asbestos survey was done before construction to insure the property was clean of contaminants.
